Sea Salt Gargle

Martha’s Vineyard Sea Salt is, what?, yes, salty. Very salty. Remove all those processing chemicals used in commercial salt and what remains is a big, bold, briny natural sea salt. The gargling recipe below reflects our knowledge that too much salt can be, well, gross. Err on the side that less is more, not more is more.

 

So, Here’s the Recipe

¼ tsp of MV Sea Salt diluted in ¼ cup warm water.

  1. Not hot, no injuries allowed.
  2. Swirl until most if not all crystals disappear
  3. Gargle – directions if you have never had the pleasure (lol)
