Not only do we harvest seawater from our local shores, filter and reverse pump the water into a building similar to a greenhouse where we painstakingly care for it as the elements slowly evaporate the water, we then gently collect the delicate sea salt crystals and in the case of our Smoked Oak Sea Salt we smoke it in our own smoker for six hours with oak trees from our farm.

How’s that for love?

Our small batches salts sure are a labor of love but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
