Ingredients
  1. 2 English Cucumber, shaved (use slice blade on spiralizer)
  2. 1/2 red onion, sliced thin
  3. 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  4. 2 tablespoon brown rice vinegar or your favorite vinegar
  5. 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  6. Martha’s Vineyard Naughty Sea Salt, a pinch or more as desired
  7. Freshly ground black pepper, as desired
Instructions
  1. Place cucumber, red onion and fresh dill in a medium bowl. Whisk together the rice vinegar, olive oil, sea salt and black pepper in small bowl and pour over cucumber mixture and toss with tongs or fork.
