Ingredients
  1. 1 English Cucumber, shaved (use slice blade on spiralizer)
  2. 1/4 red onion, sliced thin
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  4. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  5. 1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
  6. Martha’s Vineyard Premium Sea Salt
  7. Freshly ground black pepper
  8. Martha’s Vineyard Naughty Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, place cucumber, red onion and fresh dill. Whisk together the rice vinegar, olive oil, Martha’s Vineyard Premium Sea Salt and black pepper in a small bowl and pour over cucumber mixture and toss with tongs or fork.
  2. Sprinkle a pinch of the Martha’s Vineyard Naught Sea Salt as a garnish!
